I have broad experience from the aluminum rolling industry in various leadership positions: I have led a team of health, safety, fire and environmental specialists at plant and corporate levels for more than 20 years. Additionally, I have experience in sustainability, quality & lean management and worked as compliance officer.
Colleagues and staff know me as passionate with a very people-oriented approach that always stays close to operations. I am challenging and supportive, open in sharing issues and creative in finding new, goal-oriented solutions.
As accredited Tripod Beta Trainer and Gold Practitioner, I am member of the international Flying Squad network.
I am educated as safety engineer, have a master’s degree in communication and occupational psychology from the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna and a degree in engineering geology from RWTH Aachen University.
