Tripod Beta Analysis

Incident Investigation & Interview Technique

This course provides the entire accident investigation process step-by-step: from organizing, to gathering evidence (with special emphasis on practicing interviewing techniques), to communicating and reporting progress and findings.
Post-Training Coaching & Support
Individual, needs-based agreement
Post-training coaching and support relates to all analysis methods as well as the investigation process and is designed to assist the internal investigation team in taking their first steps in this area.
Coaching can be done on-site, online, by phone or by email.
In addition, there is also the possibility of 1-day refresher courses for already accredited Tripod Beta Practitioners.

Investigation Insights is a set of four practical tools to help improve the way leaders are engaged during and after incident investigations. The tools should be used at different stages in the lifecycle of an incident investigation: The modules A leader’s role and An investigator’s role are supporting in the beginning of the investigation process, the Better Insights module during and the Better learning outcomes module once the investigation is complete.
